The Mobility Contract is a document of a general nature intended to radically modify the relationship between the F.lli Scionti and citizens, not just and simply users of the services, but real customers.

In such a perspective, the Company, in adopting the Mobility Contract, assumes, with a written agreement, specific commitments and obligations to citizens, which, in turn, call for respect their legitimate expectations.

With the Contract are identified specific service quality factors (reliability, punctuality, comfort on board, respect for the environment, information) and more, for each of them, the standard that must be complied with during the period the Contract refers.
